I went to dr shah with my husband had terrible experience with her she didn't actually cared a lot like my last dentist it was only cleaning which was very painful for both me and my husband she only took 10 min and my mouth was hurting for two days I couldn't eat anything it was bad decision we made to see her they even didn't bother to call us back when they told us they wil because both of needed more care for our teeth but we asked them to call our insurance and let us know how much will they cover and it's been a month no call the office it self was not professional I heard them talking bad about one other patient who had procedure done the same day and the doc asked me if I understand what they were talking about when I told her its hurting a lot she actually got pissed off I was scared I will never go back to her I would rate 0 for everything office follow up Doctor their behavior etc not a good experience.????????
About Front Desk: she was ok but I still heard her talking about other patients.
