Dr. Marquard started very expensive procedures with the understanding of payments being made monthly. After starting work on two teeth at once, then advised that no further treatments would be done until the large balance was paid in full. Thus, leaving the work incomplete.
Has denied treatment, including emergency service based on a balance due even though payments are being made, and emergency work would be covered by double dental insurance.
Refused to release medical records advising, "it's our office policy not to release medical records when there is a balance owed on the account." This goes against the ohio dental revised code 4715.0 (a) (7).
