I have been a patient in Dr Maruhashi's clinic for 4-5 years.
1. On my first visit to the clinic, I was told to do a x-ray exam. When I asked if my insurance will cover, the answer was yes. But it turned out to be false. And I have to pay for it. I would expect they admit their mistake. I don't think that $50 is a big deal for them.
2. I have a lot of pain when my teeth was having infection and the nerve was dying. I called on Thu and was told that clinic is closed on Friday. But I was not told that in such case I can schedule urgent care on Sat. So I have to bear the pain for another 3 days till Monday.
3. A late cancellation of follow up appt for the root canal and have to reschedule. This is fine. But when I arrived on time for the rescheduled appt, I had to wait for almost an hour. It will be great if they can just tell me they are running behind and I can arrive late instead of sitting and waiting. I have work to do.
From my experience, I feel I am not valued as a patient and the staffs do not take responsibility for their own mistakes.
