Dr. Brown's dental office has grown too big to provide clients with good customer service. You cannot get an appointment within a reasonable time frame (sometimes an appointment for a simple cleaning must be made months away). Even for significant procedures, the wait/delay is great. Many procedures that you do see him on must be done, redone, and then redone again. He has had various partners come in, then leave quickly. His office staff is hired out from some outside group and pretty surly. Dr. Brown is a pleasant man, but you rarely see him when you have an appointment.
