avoid this dentist --- she caused more harm. This is a real horrible experience.
She is not specialized in endo-dentistry, but she openned up all my wife's root canals at my wife's first general check-up visit for toothache --- without first notifying my wife about the treatment plan. My wife's symptom got worse after Ms Shang's operation. Eventually she just left one root canal uncleanned, sealed the canals, and put my wife on pain-killer for a week without doing anything. This eventually led to severe infection in my wife's chin-bone. We had to visit a different oral surgent to have the infected tooth/bone extracted.
Desipte of the failed treatment, the dentist still charge the full price for root canal treatment!
