After a recommendation from a co-worker I visited Dr. Lindbeck. I went 4 times to have work done, and thought the experience was great and liked the work he did. However, 4 months after the services had been preformed and paid for I received a bill that said I owed money and it was past due. This is the first I had heard of this money that I owed. When I inquired about it, I found out it was from one of my 1st visits. I had been back to their office 3 other times after that visit and was never told I owed money. I even paid for other services I had preformed. The whole situation has been handled very poorly and the dentist has yet to return my phone call after I have left several messages for him. I understand that his staff made a mistake and then tried to recover the cost, but that is not my problem. Had I have known how much it would cost, I would have gone elsewhere that accepted 100% of my insurance. Because of this experience, I would NOT recommend this dentist, unless you want to get ripped off and taken advantage of.
