On 10/6/11, I went in to see Dr. Marcantoni for a consultation to have my wisdom removed. I was extremely nervous, but the dental asst. was very reassuring & did a great job of calming me down. After watching the informative video about "third molar removals," Dr. Marcantoni came in. Immediately, he could tell that I was nervous and anxious. He was so kind & attentive, & he took his time to explain everything to me. He could see from my x-rays and from me being in front of him, that I was in tremendous pain. He scheduled me for an appt. the very next morning at 7am. He told me that he would not be in, but his partner Dr. Gonzalez would be performing my surgery. Once I was in the OR, the dental assts did an awesome job of reassuring me that everything would be fine. Dr. Gonzalez came in and introduced himself. He was pleasant & kind, too. Before I knew it, it was lights out for me. The surgery lasted from 7:00am to 7:45am, and I was home by 8:15am. Recovery was not as painful as I imagined. I overpaid for the procedure, & I didn't have to call the doctor's office to receive my refund. It was already in the mail. My only complaint was that the asst up front was a bit unpleasant. Other than that, everything was great
