I've been a patient of Dr. Chan's for at 6+ years. I've had fillings replaced, new crowns completed and old crowns replaced, root canals, and a large bridge. I receive four teeth cleanings a year by a very competent hygienist. Dr. Chan and every one of the staff in this office is professional, competent, helpful, considerate and has a warm sense of humor. The office is very clean and comfortable. Every treatment plan is thoroughly explained so I can be a partner in the decisions. This office puts money back into the practice with up-to-date equipment. Billing and insurance paperwork are also thoroughly explained and handled. After-hours calls are promptly answered. I believe that Dr. Chan's intention is to make a visit to his dental office as comfortable as possible for patients. It works for me!
