Full mouth restoration with top of the line porcelain crowns and veneers was agreed upon for a price. I was presented with a complete cost plan and paid it in full at the beginning of the 2 year treatment plan. BIG MISTAKE Cost increases took place twice in one year without disclosure to patient or statement to provided these details at the time. Chair side manner in my opinion was not pleasant or was the customer service that good (i.e. listening to the patient/customer as I had to state over and over again that I wanted whiter crowns closer to bleached teeth color - whiter than A1). Performed a very unsuccessful bone graff which failed and in my opinon should never have taken place in his office given my condition, I should have been referred to a surgeon. At times treatments were very painful with a chair-side manner that was somewhat harsh during long procedures.
