1. He doesn't do the treatment the first visit and postpone your treatment to charge you(insurance) twice and he visits several patients at the same time
2. He did a simple cleaning on my teeth which is covered by my insurance, instead he listed it as a deep cleaning to get more money from insurance and I ended up paying the bill
3. I asked the staff to give me a pre approval and they avoided it and were vague about my insurance coverage
