Well, at least she's consistent! Good to see I wasn't the only one with a bad experience, and I didn't even get to see her! I went to her office a few years back for my initial visit with this dentist, had a scheduled appointment for a cleaning & check-up, and waited at least 45 minutes for her to see me. I never had my appointment because I needed to be back in time for a meeting & I couldn't bear waiting there any longer. I had to keep asking the receptionist when I was going to get called in. The receptionist was somewhat apologetic, and after the third time I asked, finally offered to re-schedule my appointment after I said I was going to leave. I laughed and said, "No thanks, I think I'll pass!" This dentist clearly had no respect for a patient's time or needs. I wouldn't go back if you paid me. Definitely NOT professional nor sincere. If you have the time to be treated as if your needs as a patient or a person mean no more than a dollar sign to the dentist's bank account, then by all means become her patient. If you want a great all-around experience at the dentist with reliable care and concern by the dentist--GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Good first impressions certainly count for something & bad ones shout volumes!
