Extremely skilled - if you ever have anything serious you need done to your teeth, see Dr. Cox. (If you are just going in for teeth cleaning, anyone in his office will do.)
He had to give me an extensive root canal, and even though it took hours, he did a perfect, thorough job and it didn't hurt at all. I was amazed. In fact, he was such a perfectionist that he checked and found one spot that was probably fine, but not quite perfect, and so he took the time to do that one again just to be perfect.
Also, the first time he saw me, he took one look in my mouth and could tell that one of my filled teeth would break in about a year (it was an older-type filling, but no problems with the tooth at that time). And it did. I have more confidence in his skill than any other dentist I've ever been to.
One of the nice things about his office is that the wall facing the dental chair is floor-to-celing window. There is a garden on the other side of the glass, with many birds and stuff to look at while you're getting your teeth cleaned.
The only thing I don't like about his practice is that you have to pay when you visit, and then get reimbursed by your dental insurance. They will not deal with insurance companies
