The doctor is good.
But the front desk staff are not helpful at working with insurance claims.
They put down the same set of tooth number for two claims.
The insurance won't pay for the same tooth twice.
I called the staff, they said the insurance might not pay for them anyways since they are in sextants instead of in quarters.
But I thought they still should have helped me by working with the insurance company to have the tooth number corrected first before jumping to the conclusion by themselves. It is only a phone call away.
Also, they never reminded me how close I am to the maximum before a procedure so we can plan out the visits.
For some dental works, I could have waited until the next year instead of paying out of my pockets this year, then have no work to do next year.
Staff at the other dental offices that I visited before actually care about how much money the patient is spending and try to work out the best solution possible.
Staff in this office just pushes the paper work through.
