This is strictly about his customer service not his qualification as a dentist. Until a couple of days ago I had no problem. His hygienist "Debbie" (who is not my regular hygienist) did a poor job of cleaning my teeth. She was running late ( 15 minutes) and was trying to finish for her next appointment. She was extremely rough and was hurting me and I told her so. When she wanted to polish my teeth I declined because they did not feel clean and she was too rough. That evening my lower back gums were swollen and throbbing and I left a message that I might need to come in if it gets worse.
In today's mail there was a letter from him and I thought how nice that they want to know how my gums are. Well, It was an offensive letter dismissing me as their client. !!!!!! What would have been appropriate would be to ask ME what happened.
What has happened to common courtesy and respect and customer service?
