I have been a patient of Dr. Weatherholt's for several years. He has consistently provided friendly and competent dental care. My cleanings and examinations have always been conducted in a professional manner with clear attention to detail. As an example of this, when I first switched to Dr. Weatherholt even though I had recently had an exam and x-ray, he repeated them to assure that he understood my oral health. Any questions I have are always answered with as much detail as I request, in a clear and non-condescending fashion. As far as dental work beyond cleanings and checkups with Dr. Weatherholt, I have only had filling (composite and amalgam) work performed at his practice so that is all I can comment on in this regard. Consistent with my examinations, the fillings were completed in a timely and competent manner. I have had many fillings with other dentists, but none were as focused or deliberate in their work. On several occasions I needed additional pain medication which was administered quickly and without fanfare. Several of my older fillings that Dr. Weatherholt replaced were in worse repair than the x-rays showed. Dr. Weatherholt reacted quickly and did not extend my appointment appreciably.
