Chair-side manners are without a doubt excellent!
My experience with his front desk scheduler, I believe her name is Toby. Excellent, pleasant speaking voice very precise and accomodating with the highest intentions towards satisfaction. Other staff members within his shared office space are very humble and professional as well.

In my opinion, Dr Aikawa is a perfectionist within his scope of dentistery. I would never hesitate to recommend him.
