Front desk was rude. Dr. Lam didn't read my intake form thoroughly. She didn't listen when I told her that I have difficulty getting numbed on one side of my mouth and drilled anyway when I said I wasn't feeling numb. She also dropped something down my throat so I was gagging. And, her assistant had to remind her to complete my teeth cleaning...she forgot and left the room.
