I was a patient of Dr. Eng's for several years and had an overall negative experience with her practice. Dr. Eng's mannerisms are somewhat abrupt. Dr. Eng insisted on giving me a crown on a tooth with older cracked fillings. The new crown has remained cold sensitive for over 1 year and when I returned to see her regarding my discomfort, Dr. Eng suggested that the tooth may now need a root canal due to the damage?! If any damage exists, I feel that it is damage that she may have caused! In addition, I cancelled a 6 month routine check up and Dr. Eng's office called me several times to reschedule the appointment and to scold me for not coming in for my routine dental care. I finally called and scheduled an appointment for my 6 month check up and then due to an unfortunate work situation I had to call the night before my appointment to cancel the appointment. I received an extremely unprofessional and rude letter from Dr. Eng informing me that she has a $50 dollar late cancellation fee and although she was waiving it this time, she would charge me if I should cancel another appointment. I have since fired her and would never recommend her to another person looking for a dentist.
