I was a patient of Dr. Kenneth Wallis' older brother and continued when the practice was sold to Kenneth. The level of expertise was noticeably lower. My main complaint is several failed procedures (mainly root canal work) that had to be redone. Dr. Kenneth Wallis charged me a hefty amount for the work needed to correct his own errors and omissions. He said he would charge only basic lab work costs, but I still ended up paying over $1000 for one procedure.

About Hygienist: I seem to remember a different hygienist every treatment cycle. The last one, an older gentleman, was particularly clumsy and not very thorough.
