Service has been outstanding from the time my husband and I became patients years ago. Our initial appointments were on separate days and after our visits, we agreed that Dr. Girardi's dentistry knowledge was impressive and his staff seemed happy to be working there. Appointment arrival times are 10-minutes before chair time and he and the staff are genuinely interested in how you have been filling your time since your last visit. Dr. Girardi always explains the why and the how of any procedures that are required. His work is top notch and he seems to get into a zone as he works meticulously. Our insurance network changed last year and as disappointed as we are over this, we continue to use his office.
Emergency services? We have had the need to call his office twice and in light of each situation, it was nice to know that we could count on him.
Recommendations to co-workers? Yes, without hesitation. We have to share space with co-workers and it is nice to hear compliments about your dentist.
Handicap? Recently I had the knee surgery and appreciated that his office was conveniently located on the ground floor. The wide front doors are about 20 ft. from handicap parking.
