I would not recommend rhona guilarte to my worst enemy. She is only money driven, not humane or caring. She kept my $ like $800 lost my impressions. A 4 hour visit. Never apologieses, and kept me waiting for a month, when I was promised in 2 weeks. Her staff treats people like they are disposable trash. This was a nightmare I had temp crowns for over a month & this coward never called to tell me she lost my impressions. No apologies , when they were not ready, their staff tells me they never took impressions, I guarantee it, my gums red no one called me concerned, I called office crying her nasty rude office manger hung up on me & then yelled at me. I lost alot of money & never wanna this garbage again will see a really good dentist whom was out of town when I visited here.the office manager wanted more money and still no crowns the agreement was 1/2 cost upfront & when permanent crown in supposedly two weeks I pay full amount. They never called me ever I called & was told my crowns would look gorgeous call back in a week etc.

About Front Desk: Most distracted. Uncaring Nasty & worst I have ever seen. Never visit westland mall dental, please, god bless

About Hygienist: Very distracted and uncaring & unprofessional.
