I took my daughter to treat a cracked tooth at this clinic. The dentist who assisted her was OK. The problem is customer service, insurance help, billing and business practices. There was no billing personnel and my billing was calculated by the receptionist. She made a mistake and I overpaid the bill. That would have been OK, wasn't for the fact that they wouldn't issue a refund. Every time I tried to talk to the the dentist in-charge of the office, he was "away" or I had to call them back in the afternoon, or he was "on his way to the office" and that was every time I called, for several weeks. They admitted that the bill was incorrect and yet, they did not issue a refund. That to me does it! I'll never return to this clinic again, I lost my money and my precious time.
