I attempted to make an appt with this office through Erin. I have a bad very painful abscess that I was referred to Dr Bley for removal. I was told no apps available for 19 days. I set it up...answered all the questions related to insurance then asked what I could do as the pain. Is horrible and the rx I was given wasn't helping. Erin informed me i would feel better in a few days. I said what can I do now? She then proceeded to get snotty telling me she had explained in a day or two the antibiotics would kick in and I will feel better. I am confused what can I do until then the pain 8 excruciating. She then says call the other dentist we can't help you. I was like why didn't you just tell me that I have never had this don't know what's what you deal with this daily. She hung up. Yep hung up. Thankfully I was immediately able to find another oral surgeon immediately who can actually do the work in just 6 days and the assistant there was nice...understanding...empathetic and helpful in explaining exactly what I could do. I don't know if Dr Bley is good or not but if that is how his office manager thinks it's ok to treat a patient who is scared and in excruciating pain ..well I wouldn't risk it.
