i had a very bad experience with dr. makhnevich. I came on time but waited for 1.5 hr to be seen. Then they have a policy of $100 fee when a ptient is late, but looks like it's ok to make patients wait for hours. I had tooth ache and very exposed tooth areas, but all she did is general dental exam and told me to come back again. For what? more toothache and wait time? Also dr. makhnevich said she sends her patients to antoher doctor when root canal is needed because she does not do any of it. Very poor service. I never returned to her.
