Dr. Tran is a nice man and seems fairly competent. However, he has turned over much of the authority in his office to a sales guy named Robert, who is not a dentist. When you meet with Robert, you feel like you are talking to a dishonest car salesman. He is unethical and slimey. He is totally driven by earning comissions from selling dental services. Sometimes he gives dental advice, even though he is not a dentist. Avoid this guy at all costs. He will separate you from your money and you might regret it. Don't even talk to Robert. Stay away from him.
