Treatment is fine, but administration procedures are a pain. Doctor seems to be extremly paranoid. Not only insists on social security number but also takes pictures of patience with his digital camera in his lobby. Also no privacy policy provided. Then on the Invoice he blacks out his own license # and tax ID. Very odd indeed.
