This dentist did my dental crown almost two years ago, and I already need to have it replaced. The dentist who is doing the correction said that he did a very poor job fitting the crown correctly and did not adjust for my bite well at all, which may lead to me needing a root canal. I have tried to find Dr. Mata to have him reimburse my cost for the new crown, but he is nowhere to be found. The phone number listed with the Colorado Dental Association is no longer in service and his previous office has no idea where he is now. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!!!
