I do not recommend this dentist at all, especially if you have insurance. THey are unable to process claims correctly and considering the billing person works from home and has no access to the information you are referring to, good luck getting anywhere with her.
I also had an incident where this dentist nicked my nerve when injecting novacaine. I attempted numerous times to contact her via her service and found out the next day that the service had been leaving a message on her work phone and never contacted her. I thought I might be having a reaction to the novacaine and wasn't sure whether to go to the emergency room.
Also, they are unwilling to commit to a price. I had asked for a quote for some work my husband was having done and was told they don't give quotes. My bet is so they can charge you what they want when the procedure is over.
Finally, the receptionist is completely incompetent. He doesn't answer the phone during business hours when he is "too busy." So getting an appointment is difficult.
Over all very unprofessional office and supporting administrative staff difficult to deal with.
