I was recommended to Dr. Urillo. What a mistake that turned out to be. She was distracted and took personal phone calls during my time with her. She was condescending and seemingly didn't like her profession. The implant failed and before the implant failed my crown looked like a chicklet, not a tooth. I think my visits there were a big mistake.

About Front Desk: I felt judged and looked down on and like I was a bother to them.

About Hygienist: Cleaning was only fair. The hygienist was nice enough but charged way more than expected and my insurance company told me she was quite expensive.
