I've only met Dr. Pavalock once. I had a very old, childhood, filling fall out and he replaced it. The new filling covered 2 teeth and wasn't split so I cannot floss in between them. That's probably not what was supposed to happen. He was nice enough, can't complain, and I felt no pain during the procedure so that's a plus. The hygenists that cleaned my teeth over the 2.5 yrs were very nice. But the receptionist(s) are the pits. Every time I call to make an appointment, cancel an appointment, or ask a question, I feel like I'm bothering them. Definitely not top-notch customer service and I don't understand because I make it a point to be super-friendly when I call. No matter how pleasant I try to be, the person on the other end of the line is unpleasant. I can understand one isolated incident of rudeness (bad day or whatever), but after 2.5 yrs of consistently lack lustre experiences, I'm not going back. There are a TON of dental offices in the area so no one needs to put up with poor treatment.
