I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist and Dr. Ross was recommended to me by three friends, two of whom have seen him for a few years and one who was a new patient. He was polite, knowledgable, and took the time to talk to me at the beginning and end of my appointment. He gave me the impression that he is readily available to his patients, and said if I ever had an emergency I could call his cell phone. I was in the office just for a standard cleaning, which I was happy with. One suggestion I would give is they need to update their website - appointment dates and times are no longer accurate.

About Hygienist: The hygienist (I cannot remember her name, sorry) did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. Some hygienists barely scrape your teeth, others stab your gums. Dr. Ross's hygienist was neither of these - she was skilled and careful, yet effective.
