Dr. Dvarskas is dishonest. He installed sub-standard dental crowns while charging for precious-metal items. Moreover, he caused me permanent injury, then refused to acknowledge the injury or provide needed treatment. He , in the end, falsified my records and provided my confidential medical records to outside parties, in direct violation of my written request.
