Very rushed busy office. Seems like dental asistants do more than they should be doing by law. I had a very painful experience on the tooth which needed root canal, but Dr. decided to just fill it and put crown on it. 2 weeks later I ended up at root canal specialist who had to drill hole in my crown to do the procedure. And becouse of this I ended up with cellulitis(very strong pain and swelling).
If Dr. Shafer waited and didn'trush to put a crown on this tooth, things would go smoother. I do not like when someone rushes so I do not recommend thisoffice to anyone.
