The dentist himself was a nice man his office Mgr Laura is very diffucult, I paid over the amount that was charged and now they do not want to refund the portion that is not used on my acct instead they are forcing me to use their services or forfeit over $200.00 very bad customer service in this economy. Will be consulting legal advice regarding this issue.
