I scheduled an emergency appointment over the weekend due to tooth pain. I was told by the office receptionist prior to coming to my appointment that Dr. P office excepts my insurance. Once there they wanted full payment up front. His facility equipment was out dated. Staff was poorly trained in cleanliness. I had to remind his male assistant to wipe down dirty equipment prior to my use. Not once did I see Dr. P wash his hands after seeing other patients. He would handle gloves without and his computer mouse without washing. Finally, he wanted to do a root canal which I declined. Later this week, my dentist indicated I did not need.
