First Amanda at check in was very rude. Dr. Whitener hurt me while grinding on my tooth. After working on my teeth they are worst than ever & now he sent me a bill for work that the insurance will not pay even though he is contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield. I call to discus the bill. Amanda was very rude and when I asked to speak to Dr.Whitener she said that it his job to work on my teeth not discus a bill and she refused to let me speak to him about the matter.
