Terrible customer service. Seems like office was chosen based on looks rather than helpfulness. Took 6 months to get dental insurance reimbursement due to their repeated errors. Have never experienced anything like that before.
Beautiful decorated dental office. Convenient location (next to Glen Park Bart station). Friendly dentist. Seems competent, but only had 1 cleaning/x-ray appointment so do not know for sure. Did not return for recommended service.
Very expensive - they do not seem interested in cost-efficiency whatsoever.
