I first saw Dr Polacek as a college student without insurance and little money. I had an abcess and needed my wisdom teeth removed. He treated the infection in 1 week (it never came back) and pulled my wisdom teeth without any pain. In fact, he told me to open my eyes and one was already out. I was told previously my wisdom teeth would need expensive surgery to come out, but Dr Polacek did them in 2 visits. He also gave me an unbeleivably discounted price due to my situation.
Every time I see him(for 10 years now!) he plans the best approach to minimize pain and increase results. I moved from his area but go back as I cannot believe I could find as great of a dentist.
He also took care of my Dad in getting implants and dentures. He checked up on him, gave him a great deal and product. My Dad never had one issue with them.
His staff is great. The hygenist is professional and very good, the desk always follows up on my insurance and is very helpful!! I trust Dr Polacek completely and recommend him every chance I get.
