I called to make an apt w/the doctor, to have a root canal done, I gave the ins card; no one informed me of the cost or procedure until afterwards, costing me $1174 out of pocket since he's out of network for me. 'and how much it would cover.
I told them my situation, but I guess money is more important that someone's pain.
About Front Desk: Idiots! I called to inform them I was in traffic that I will be late, since I we weren't moving, like a "parking lot" in turn the receptionist said, "yes we have a parking lot"; never asked for my name, service.. poor service
