I've had 6 appointments. He didn't show up to one, cancelled a second two hours before the appointment, cancelled a third with an obviously made up excuse an hour before the appointment, really rushed through another and he was out the door in his truck before we even got to the check-out desk. The other two visits were fine.
No one in the office apologized for missing the appointment even when I showed them their appointment card and he didn't either when I confronted him about it.
I recommend finding someone else.
