Dentist Michael Alley has been an awesome dentist. Services could have been better at this station. Prior to the visit when I called to make the appt was I ever asked if I had any insurance or if there were any changes in my insurance. Benefits were not checked prior either so when I arrived I paid upfront for services that were preventative and covered at 100%. Now due to this lack of communication I am still waiting (and have been for about a month) for a refund to my personal checking account. This makes me upset and I feel like the front desk is not confident with the benefits they were quoted or in me as a long time patient. I think I will be changing dentist as this have frustrated me SO much!
