Dr. Burton has an excellent reputation as a dentist. As a result he has a lot of patients. Too many in my opinion. Why? I got to where he wouldn't return my calls. I wasn't complaining: I don't complain. I had questions and no one from his office called me back. I later found out that is not uncommon for his patients.
He has a nice chair-side manner. But his staff works very hard and always seems rushed. There was one treatment option that I asked about and Dr. Burton didn't really explain well. It was cheaper than the option he recommended and he didn't like it as well. He was less than forthcoming with that information.
He is a good dentist and has a fabulous reputation. The choice is yours.
