Dr. Dane is, without a reservation, an excellent dentist and the ultimate professional. Root canals are not fun, especially when done in multiple sessions. I had a toothache for about a week, in a tooth for which root canal has already been done by another, worse dentist, some 15 years ago. Dr. Dane assured me that he could save my tooth, even if it took several sessions to do it. As it turned out, my tooth was badly infected and my prior root canal had to be redone.
Dr. Dane charged me a fee upfront, without knowing how many sessions it would take to complete my root canal treatment. As it turned out, it required 5 sessions to get the whole thing done. There was minimal pain during, in between, and after the completion of the procedure. He talked to me during the procedure, telling me what he was doing, step by step. And he always followed up on me in between sessions.
Dr. Dane is by far the best dentist I have gone to and I highly recommend him!
About Front Desk: Twice Dr. Dane had to reschedule my appointment, for 30 mins later the day of the appointment, and either he or his assistant called me promptly to ensure that I got the message. I appreciate that, because the alternative would have been getting there on time and then waiting for at least 30 mins. Instead, almost as soon as I got there, I was received.
