My NEW dental office tried to get my old medical records about some details on work that Dr. Smith had done . Michelle was completely rude and unprofessional over the phone.
Even thought the office does not keep chart over 7yrs old all Michelle had to do was to call the lab were the teeth were made to get the year it was done. She was unwilling and forceful with my New dental office that they didn't do the work.
