Dr. OBrien did a tooth extraction for me. I had no pain, and was asleep for procedure. He was super quick. The receptionist, Donna was super nice, and very helpful making appointments. Jeanette, however, is the reason I would not recommend his office. Her customer service skills are very bad. I was very apprehensive about my procedure, and she made my experience worse. My spouse and I both had a few questions about the cost. We wanted to clarify we could afford it. She acted very irritated with any question we asked- to the point of being rude. She was very smart in her tone and demeanor. I was scared, and she would not let my spouse come back with me to talk to Dr. OBrien. We had already seen her let other family members go back before I was called. We were both very upset. My post op visit, I was seen by his assistant with dark hair, not him. I was in extreme pain. She was also rude to me and my spouse. I was given new verbal instruction on the care of my mouth. I asked her to write them down for me, and she suddenly had an attitude. The doctor does not have the office staff needed to have a great experience there.
About Hygienist: I did not have my teeth cleaned, just an extraction.
