Let me start by telling you, I have a vertical fracture running entirely through one of my molars, so that both "halves" are moving independently of each other. I have to have it surgically removed. Yes, it is extremely painful. I hope no one else has to suffer, the same as I am suffering to this day.
Every single person (except the most important one!) in this office treated me with professionalism and respect, also very personable and willing to answer any of my questions. The first time I came in contact with Mr Salomon (I refuse to refer to him as an "Oral Surgeon", that denotes respect I neither received and he does not warrant.) at my consultation, he was terse, and almost to the point of being extremely rude. He only wanted to talk "at" me, not discuss anything. Okay, having a bad day.
Two weeks later, I arrive at the appointed day for my surgery and am sitting in the surgical chair when I am informed they are taking out THREE teeth! What? I don't understand? The assistant goes to consult with Mr Salomon and he comes in and is telling the assistant, not me, "He'll be VERY UPSET if "she" comes back next month and he has to take out the other two teeth!" I don't understand why they should come out? "Well, I see three teeth that need to go!" And he's gone. The assistant pats my shoulder, "Let me go talk to him.". She comes back in shaking her head, "He won't do it." He won't do what? He won't take out ANY, including the one that is fractured in half! I left in tears. I couldn't believe it. Needless to say, I'm taking my business and broken molar to someone competent! I sincerely hope you do too!
