He is not an extroverted, warm fuzzy kind of guy, nor is he a chatty dentist (he can go through a whole treatment without speaking to you pretty much at all) but he works very quickly and cosmetically does an excellent job. Easy to get an appt. Staff is nice. He will answer your questions well if you ask, but he pretty much will not tell you anything unless you do ask. If you want a lot of handholding this is not the dentist for you (though after about 7 years he is finally warming up to us : ). He's not super sympathetic to people with fear of pain or anxiety. On the other hand if you want your filing to be done in 10 mins he is your man. He does not seem to recommend anything unnecessary. My kid has also had several fillings and we were in and out of the chair in literally 5-10 mins or less for each one.
