I am an expecting mother (27th weeks). I was obliged to cancel my appointment with Dr's Lu due to some bleeding and per my doctor's recommendation to be in bed rest for couple of days. Dr. Lu's wife Nancy (as she introduced her self) basically told me we will not reschedule your appointment. We don't care what is the reason you are canceling. Go find another dentist.
This was the worst customer service I ever had to deal with. I didn't meet the Dr. but I feel he doesn't care about his practice for letting his wife, with her poor customer service skills deal with his patients. After all, his wife is right, I should find another dentist that cares.
