I was there for a temporary upper partial-he insisted on a top of the line permanent partial, he NEVER consulted me on what color white I wanted. His before and after photos were skewed. It took 6 months to get a dental plan from him and the aggravation he caused was was inhumane. To be fair, the actual work turned out to be fairly good, if you don't care what color your front teeth are but it should have at his prices and he should have paid me for putting up with his arrogance and that of his staff. He became angry at my questions and did not feel he should have to explain what he was doing or even what the next visit would entail. I decided that he must have gone into dentistry to get back at all the kids that made fun of him and stole his money on the playground. How much worse can you get than an angry, egocentric dentist with a drill in his hand.

About Front Desk: Nasty and inefficient. It took them 5 months to get all the correct information to my insurance company.
