Facilites: Poor. For instance, when you pay $500 for a root canal that lasts 30 minutes you don't expect to drink water from the bathroom tap.
Price: What they say on the phone is different than what you are asked to pay in the end. Make sure you get everything IN WRITING BEFORE the treatment. Don't believe in what Dr.Joboulian tells you on the phone. He doesn't remember later.
Staff: Everything is fine until you disagree with the price. Their faces and what they say behind you change significantly. I was in the waiting area and able to hear them after my wife went in to talk to Dr.J about the bill in the end.
Overall: We drove 35 miles one way (from Ann Arbor) to this "shop" because the price was better (on the phone) than the dentist 0.4 miles away (Farah). In the end we paid more for less service, worse facilities and treatment.
